• Health and fitness: height, weight, age, fitness level and goals, whether you’ve worked with a trainer before, and any injuries or conditions you choose to share.
• Scheduling: your preferred days, times and format (in person or online).
• Class and payment details: the class or package you choose and how you prefer to pay.
• Website usage: IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through standard web analytics.

How we use your information

• Process registrations and consultations, and schedule sessions with Rhapsody Taylor or guest instructors.
• Send booking confirmations and updates.
• Send newsletters and promotions, only to people who subscribed.
• Improve the website and our services, and meet legal obligations.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Health information

Health details you share are used only to guide your fitness training and are kept confidential. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing, and talk to your healthcare provider before starting any program.

Payment processing

Payments may be made through Stripe, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay. Card details entered at Stripe checkout are handled by Stripe. Each provider has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read it.

Email communications

You’ll receive our newsletter and promotional email only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, for the purposes described here, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of marketing. Email us and we’ll respond.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how it’s used. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it. Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent to take classes.
